Who rationalises everything that happenes to you?
Do you intellectualise your feelings so much that you end up not knowing what you really feel?
Allow yourself to have both postive and negative feelings.
The seat of your feelings is in your atomach.
If you find your consciousness going straight to you head, bring it back to your stomach.
Feel your feeling.
It will then be easier to move on.
