OF WHATEVER IS WORRYING YOU. 
Don't get bogged down in detail or distracted by other related issues.If you do you'll become overwhelmed and give up.In order to focus you must still your mind.Breath in and out,in and out.Focus only on the breath until you feel calm and composed.
